2. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us at (+1) 914 214 1895 within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make modifications.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

5. How long will it take to receive my package?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or due to customs procedures, slight delays may occur.


Product Care & Quality

6. How should I care for my wooden-handled kitchen tools?

To maintain the premium finish and integrity of the natural wood, we recommend hand washing only with mild soap. Avoid prolonged soaking and do not use a dishwasher. Periodically applying a food-safe mineral oil will keep the wood hydrated and lustrous.

7. Are your products BPA-free and food-safe?

Absolutely. All Navopalo kitchen tools are crafted from high-grade, food-safe materials (such as 304/316 stainless steel and BPA-free silicone) that meet international safety standards.


Returns & Refunds

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email service@navopalo.com to initiate the return process.

9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
