3. Tracking Your Order

For international orders (outside the US):

  • Navopalo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately:

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Email us at service@navopalo.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
